Per-Incident On-Site Service
Per-Incident On-Site Service Option enables the customer to pay for service, parts & supplies as needed.

Labor on service calls are charged at an hourly rate, starting with a one-hour minimum and then in quarter-hour increments thereafter. There are no additional charges for show-up/travel time and mileage. Parts and consumables (i.e. ribbons, ink cartridges, etc.) are quoted and charged as needed to complete the maintenance or repair. Labor rates vary, with our lowest, preferred rate provided to those who purchase and maintain some of their equipment through F&E PaymentPros. Rates increase depending on urgency/desired priority of service, age of equipment, and where it was purchased.
Per-Incident Shop Service
We provide service expertise nationwide through a ship-in/ship-out shop service (SI/SOSS) option.
Expert shop repairs are performed on a wide range of equipment, from decades old to the latest technologies at a favorable shop rate. With our vast inventory of parts and supplies for a large number of manufacturers and models, we can repair most any machine in the industry. * Circuit/Logic boards, programming, customer misuse, as well as labor and parts required for circumstances outside of normal wear and usage of the machines are excluded from all service plans. Maintenance and service plans include discounts of up to 25% on parts and services not covered under the plan.
