Our Full Coverage, Software Licensing and Support and Hardware Service Plan*
The Platinum Premium Service Plan includes licensing for use of provided software, and unlimited remote technical support covering all day-to-day processing as well as periodic programming changes and software moves (for example: server or workstation). Also includes our Gold Service Plan on check scanners and joggers.

Our Full Coverage Equipment Service & Maintenance Plan*
The Gold Service Plan includes full parts* labor, and maintenance. It is available on most equipment we sell and includes both routine maintenance as well as urgent service. Priority service and a loaner machine (subject to availability) are standard with this plan. Full details are covered in the plan agreement.
BLUE SERVICE PLAN
Our Basic Coverage Equipment Service & Maintenance Plan*
The Blue Service Plan is a labor-only maintenance and service plan. It is available on all equipment and includes both routine maintenance as well as urgent service — you pay only for parts on an as-needed basis. Priority service and a loaner machine (subject to availability) are standard with this plan. Full details are covered in the plan agreement.
